Spring is Here – Walk and Run yourself Healthy.

The great outdoors is beckoning. The sun is now shining, days are getting longer, and spring flowers are starting to appear. How can you walk and run yourself into great health?

This month we are thinking and blogging about how to increase your outdoors exercise – whether you are a walker or a runner – safely  and enjoyably.

When you are planning to increase your walking or running, you need to plan ahead to ensure you have the right technique, strength and endurance to really enjoy your exercise- and avoid injury. If you suffer from sore knees, achey feet or a stiff back when you try to walk and run – you need help. Be pro-active, and have a runners/walkers assessment with us, and leave with a plan to get moving.

The Runners and Walkers MOT - 1 hour – assessment of your balance, strength, technique and flexibility – we will spot the areas you can improve to make your exercise truly enjoyable! Leave with a bespoke program of exercises and run/walk plan you can easily follow. Only £70 this spring (Usual price £85).
